I've been having mice problems for quite a while and Mike had been very prompt at hearing my concerns. He comes out every 3 months to check outside traps to make sure they ate filled. four years ago, when we bought our house, we used Carnegie exterminator for our home pest inspection.  We live in a wooded area, and   they were wonderful and very informative about what we needed in order to avoid any pest issues. I was using a large exterminator company consistently for years. Without going in to specifics, my rodent situation got worse and the solutions offered were expensive and not recommended by the majority of exterminator companies I spoke to. Carnegie Exterminators was highly recommended to me. I called and one of the owners immediately spent time listening to my situation and answering my many questions. At no time did they speak negatively of the other company and just focused on how the active population can decrease and be handled for long-term solutions. Within a day, Ivan arrived and first wanted to listen to my issues and address them. He did not rush me at all. He did the inspection and treatment on the same day.
