If you need to get rid of bugs, Carnegie Exterminators is the place to go! Customer service is a number one! Very reasonable costs, prompt, attentive to you needs, reliable, kind and caring...except to the bugs :) Natalia, Evan and Mike learned well from their Uncle John who previously was owner! Carnegie Exterminators is great! They came out quickly for a quote and had fair prices. They got me scheduled for service within a few days and everything was handled quickly and professionally. It all started with my call a week ago about mice. The woman on the phone answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was a priority, and worked with my work schedule. Today was my first visit, and Mike the technician was amazing, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond what was expected. He explained to me the process, and what was used for their traps, and also scheduled my 30 check up for me. He also recommended when I should start getting the traps refilled. We have been using Carnegie exterminator for the past 3 years for our rental in Pittsburgh. Since I am not local they were able to communicate directly with my tenant but also give me updates on work they did. They are extremely responsive and quick to response to any emergency.
